[Responsibilities]
- Plan and execute three overseas exhibitions organized by headquarters
- Manage agencies and coordinate communication and collaboration with partners
- Support and assist exhibitions held by overseas subsidiaries
- Organize and manage internal events such as customer appreciation events and technical seminars
- Monitor exhibition/event performance, analyze reports, and implement improvement activities
- Budget planning, management, vendor selection, and contract management
[Key Duties and Roles]
- Develop booth layouts and installations based on a thorough understanding of Suprema products and services
- Possess a strong grasp of IT technology and hardware
- Responsible for budget planning, execution, reconciliation, and result reporting according to company processes
- Coordinate internal events, including customer appreciation events and technical seminars, ensuring smooth operation and successful outcomes
- Monitor and analyze the performance of exhibitions and events, generating insightful reports for continuous improvement
- Manage budgets, select vendors, and oversee contract negotiations and agreements
[Qualifications]
- 5-8 years of relevant experience
- Minimum 3 years of direct experience in planning and executing overseas exhibitions
- Proficiency in English (proficiency in other foreign languages is a plus)
- Ability to collaborate effectively with other departments and marketing teams
- Experience in generating reports based on quantitative and qualitative results
- No disqualifying factors for overseas travel

- 영어 Fluent + 타 외국어 소통 가능자
- IT 또는 Engineering 전공자
- IT 또는 Engineering 기반 기업 마케팅 경험 자
