Global Business Operations Manager


[Job Description]

We are looking for a full-time employee to manage the global business operations of the company.

The main role would be to ensure the company's financial health by overseeing all financial planning, reporting and analysis activities of our global operations expanding 7 branches worldwide.

In addition, the person will be requested to develop and manage processes for general administration to include global HR duties and logistics

[Roles and Responsibilities include]

  • Preparing yearly financial plan to reflect the sales objectives and budget plans
  • Getting the financial plans signed off by HQ
  • Work with regional accounting firm to prepare month-end financial statements (balance sheet/profit and loss/cash flow) to be submitted to HQ finance to get signed off
  • Reviewing the accuracy of these financial statements
  • Tracking, reporting, and analyzing budget variances to ensure business is conducted based on the plans confirmed
  • Management of accounts receivable to ensure on-time payment
  • Management of accounts payable to plan and coordinate payment schedules based on cash flow
  • Forecasting future financial performance
  • Recommending changes to improve financial processes to improve overall performance and efficiency
  • Identifying opportunities to improve business policies or objectives
  • Ensuring a company is operating securely and effectively
  • Preparing and reviewing operational reports
  • Maintaining all policies and procedures manuals
  • Developing strong relationships with cross-functional teams and departments
  • Working with logistics and warehouse management team to ensure proper management of inventory and to ensure processes are put in place to efficiently service our customers
  • Working with external HR consulting firm to make sure employment contracts are being reviewed, amended and executed periodically
  • Supporting with recruitment of new employees globally of various functions
  • Working with finance teams to make sure overseas employees’ salaries are paid appropriately adhering to local guidance without delay


[Requirements]

  • Have worked in a competitive industry environment where sales/profit growth is a key performance index (7+ years)
  • Have experience in performing finance controller duties where accounting knowledge is required
  • Able to read and analyze financial statements (BS, P&L) and develop reports with highlights and lowlights which assesses the overall financial status and provide guidance on future business operation
  • Work with sales teams to understand the sales strategy and goals to be able to develop a financial plan accordingly
  • Able to work with corporate IT systems including, not limited to CRM systems (eg. salesforce), ERP systems (eg. Zoho), etc
  • Have experience in managing a team(s) of different functions
  • Have excellent communication skills (verbal and written) to be able to work efficiently and effectively with teams both internal and external (domestic/international)
  • Have good inter-personal relationship building skills
  • Have excellent planning skills to be able to manage complex work schedules and tasks
  • Proficiency in working with MS Office tools, especially excel and power point
  • Fluency in spoken and written English (ability to work with international colleagues). Other languages are plus.

슈프리마의 주요 부서와 협업하며 담당하는 지역의 비즈니스 성장시키는 일을 합니다.
