1. Product Planning ​and ​Roadmap (80%)

• 특정 ​제품 기능 및 ​역량에 대해 ​기획과 ​실행을 책임지고 ​관리합니다.
• 기능별 ​로드맵 ​및 백로그 관리, ​세부 ​기획, 개발 진행 ​상황 ​모니터링 ​등을 포함합니다.
• 시장 보고서, ​업계 행사, ​산업 ​동향 등을 ​통해 시장 ​정보를 ​수집하고 정리합니다.
• 해외 팀 ​및 파트너로부터 ​인사이트를 수집하여 제품 기회를 발굴합니다.
• 수집한 정보를 바탕으로 제품 및 마케팅 우선순위에 대한 실행 가능한 제안으로 정리합니다.

2. Sales & Partner Enablement (20%)

• 고객 및 파트너와의 사전 영업 논의에서 요구사항을 명확히 파악하고 전달합니다.
• 웨비나, 교육 세션, 세미나, 1:1 브리핑 등 다양한 형식으로 제품 정보를 전달합니다.

• Take responsibility for planning and oversight of certain product features and capabilities.
• Includes Feature feature roadmap and backlog, detailed planning, and delivery oversight.
• Collect and organize market intelligence from reports, events, and industry sources.
• Gather insights from overseas teams and partners to identify product opportunities.
• Summarize findings into actionable recommendations for product and marketing priorities.

2. Sales & Partner Enablement (20%)

• Support pre-sales discussions by clarifying customer and partner requirements.
• Plan and deliver product information sessions (webinars, training, seminars, 1:1 briefings).

[자격 요건]

• 영어와 한국어로 자유롭게 의사소통이 가능하신 분 (다국어 가능자는 우대)
• 스스로 업무를 정의하고 실행하며, 새로운 아이디어를 제안할 수 있는 분
• 시장 조사, 경쟁 분석, 사용자 피드백 등을 수집하고 정리하여 인사이트를 도출할 수 있는 분
• 제품 기획 경험이 있으며, PRD 작성, 유저 스토리 설계, 로드맵 우선순위 정리, 지표 추적 등의 업무를 수행해보신 분
• 문서 작성, 일정 계획, 부서 간 협업 등 꼼꼼함이 요구되는 업무에 강점을 가지신 분
• 보안, 네트워크 장비, 또는 B2B SaaS 분야에 대한 배경 지식이나 경험이 있으신 분 우대
• 전략적 사고와 일상 실행력을 균형 있게 갖추신 분
• 학력 : 학사 이상
• 경력 : 3년 이상 (경력과 역량에 따라 직급 및 처우 협의 가능)

• Strong communication skills in both English and Korean (additional languages are a plus)
• Self-directed and proactive — able to define your own tasks and bring new ideas forward
• Able to gather and synthesize market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback
• Experience in product management including writing PRDs, user stories, roadmap prioritization, and metric tracking
• Detail-oriented with strength in documentation, planning, and cross-functional coordination
• Preferred background in security, networking equipment, or B2B SaaS
• Able to balance strategic thinking with consistent execution
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Experience: 3+ years (role and compensation will be adjusted based on experience and capability)

Cloud사업팀

[팀 소개]

Cloud사업팀은 슈프리마의 클라우드 기반 출입통제 플랫폼 BioStar Air의 전략, 기획, 그리고 시장 출시를 이끌고 있습니다.

규모는 작지만 범위는 넓어, 기능 기획부터 파트너 온보딩, 글로벌 시장 피드백까지 다양한 업무를 수행합니다.

팀원 각자가 담당하는 제품 영역을 책임지고, BioStar Air의 성장을 함께 만들어갑니다.

이 포지션은 Product Owner에게 직접 보고하며, 여러 팀과 시간대를 넘나들며 협업합니다.

제품이 성장함에 따라 본인의 역할도 함께 확장될 수 있습니다.

The Cloud Business team leads strategy, planning, and go-to-market for BioStar Air, Suprema’s cloud-native access control platform. We’re a small team with a wide reach — from feature planning to partner onboarding to global market feedback. Each member owns part of the product and helps shape how it grows. You’ll report directly to the Product Owner and work across teams and time zones. As the product scales, so can your role.

현재 팀은 Product Owner와 새로 합류하실 여러분, 이렇게 두 명으로 구성되어 있습니다.

숨을 곳은 없지만, 그만큼 주도적으로 일하고 빛날 수 있는 기회는 충분합니다.

제품을 누구보다 잘 이해하고 명확성, 집중력, 주인의식을 중시하는 리더와 함께 일하게 됩니다.

팀 내부 커뮤니케이션은 현재도, 앞으로도 주로 영어로 이루어질 예정입니다.

우리는 별도의 개발팀(기획자, 개발자, 디자이너 포함)과 긴밀히 협업합니다.

우리가 방향과 우선순위를 정의하면, 그들이 이를 실제 기능으로 구현합니다.

공식적으로는 다른 팀이지만, 중요한 것을 만들어낼 때는 하나의 팀처럼 움직입니다.

Right now, it’s just you and the Product Owner — which means there’s nowhere to hide, but every opportunity to shine. You’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with someone who knows the product inside out and values clarity, focus, and ownership. Most communication within the team (now and in the future) will be in English.

We partner closely with a separate development team (planners, engineers, and designers) who take what we define and turn it into reality. Officially two teams, but practically one squad when it comes to building something that matters.

사무실에서 직접 이야기하며 협업하고, Notion, MS Teams, Jira로 체계적으로 정리합니다.

해외 파트너와는 이메일, 채팅, 그리고 꼭 필요할 때는 전화로도 빠르게 문제를 해결합니다.

문제가 보이면 피하지 말고 이야기하세요.

본인의 영역을 주도적으로 관리하고, 시작한 일은 마무리 짓는 책임감을 중시합니다.

This is not a micromanaged environment. You’ll work closely with a small, hands-on team, but no one’s going to hand you a daily to-do list. If you thrive in high-trust, high-autonomy environments, you’ll feel at home here.

We start each day with a quick standup and keep things moving with checklists and shared Kanban boards. Agile rituals aren’t sacred, but focus and follow-through are. We talk face-to-face, use Notion, MS Teams, and Jira to stay organized — and we’re not afraid to pick up the phone when an overseas partner is stuck.
